All of our products are made to order. This means each item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed. Because of this process, fulfillment and shipping times are different from traditional retail stores.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 2 to 7 business days before shipment.

During periods of high demand, holidays, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be longer.

Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping carrier.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • United States: 5 to 12 business days

  • International orders: 7 to 21 business days

Please note these are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Prophetic Company is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect shipping addresses

  • Carrier service interruptions

  • High seasonal shipping volume

If a package experiences an unusual delay, we will do our best to assist you in working with the shipping carrier.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is submitted and the order has already entered production or shipment, we may not be able to modify or recover the package.

Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping charges before reshipment.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Prophetic Company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If you believe your package was stolen or misplaced after delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly and file a claim if necessary.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, duties, or additional charges required by their country.

These fees are not included in product or shipping prices.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Please allow 24 to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
